We want you to be completely satisfied with your PawLuxe purchase. If you're not happy, neither are we.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to Return
- Email us at support@pawluxe.com with your order number
- We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the item back to us
- We'll process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the return
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank (typically 3-5 business days).
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, food bowls and water dispensers that have been used cannot be returned.
