RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened food, treats, or supplements
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as Final Sale

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

EXCHANGES
We gladly exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@pawluxe.com with your order number and the item details.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Email us at support@pawluxe.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once received and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
